Can't decide what to have for lunch? If you are
around Eagle Rock, you might want to try The Oinkster at 2005 Colorado. Their cuisine is "fast casual." My favorite is the
House Cured Pastrami sandwich... It's cured for two weeks, smoked with applewood and rubbed with their own spice blend. ($7.99)
The Burgers are great... Angus Beef with 1000 Island dressing. If you want cheese, its sharp cheddar, or Gruyere. Cooked to
order. $4.75 They serve Belgian fries... they are crisp and non greasy.(small $2.25 large $3.25) Pulled pork sandwich is brined
with soy and honey... good n juicy.$6.99 Also available is the BBQ pulled pork. I have yet to try it, but its next on my list.
If I am in the mood for something light, I like the Old Fashioned Chicken Sandwich. All Oinkster chicken is Rotisserie chicken,
comes with bread and butter pickle mayonnaise on ciabatta bread.$6.50 The rest of the family goes for the Rotisserie Chicken...
Comes with Fries and slaw. Garlic aioli & pico de gallo on the side. Good size portions, always fresh and hot. Price rangers
from As for beverages, they serve the usual fountain so ads plus Iced tea. Malts or Milkshakes with Fosselman's Ice cream...
a family favorite. They serve a limeade called Oinksterade. Goes great with the pastrami. Wide variety of beers both in bottles
and on tap. The decor is 50's diner comfortable, The staff is friendly, no attitude... always fun to go back to. Been here
6 or 8 times... foods consistently good. Hope its worth a try for you.

Upscale-ish sandwiches and burgers with bougie trappings
- gruyere cheeze, carmelized onions etc... The pulled pulled pork sandwich is excellent (be sure to bbq sauce it up - it can
be a little dry without), as is the burger. The home made ketchups are a nice touch, my favorite is the chipotle. Good selection
of beers on tap too. They've got great happy hour deals. A burger and fries for 3.95, premium pitchers of beer for 10 dollars,
non premiums for 7. That's pretty tough to beat.
